All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. Product colours may appear slightly different on different screens. We try to keep stock and pricing accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors and to update prices or availability at any time before an order is confirmed.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed through our payment gateway (Razorpay). If a payment fails or is not completed, the order is not placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the rare case of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, in which case any amount paid is refunded.

Orders are dispatched and delivered as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

All sales are final, with exceptions only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Tamanna Selection's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third parties such as couriers or payment providers, or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Godhra, Gujarat, 389001.
