Shipping Policy

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of a successful payment.
• Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Remote or non-metro pincodes may take a little longer. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies per order. Orders of ₹4,000 or more ship free. The exact shipping charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships, a tracking number (AWB) is generated and you can follow your parcel from your order page. If you created an account, your orders and their live status are available under My Account → Orders.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery is carried out by them, and factors such as weather, regional disruptions, or incorrect/incomplete addresses can cause delays. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered (wrong address, repeatedly unavailable, or refused at the door), we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping may incur an additional shipping charge.
