Refund & Return Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size chosen, or the product looking different in person due to screen colour differences. Please use the product photos, description, and size chart on each product page to choose carefully before ordering.

We will replace an item (or, if a replacement is unavailable, issue a refund) only if:

• the item arrives damaged or defective, or
• you received a different item from the one you ordered.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at selectiontamanna@gmail.com with:

• your order number,
• clear photos of the issue, and
• a complete, unedited parcel-opening video showing the sealed package being opened (this is required to verify damage or a wrong item).

Claims made after 48 hours, or without an opening video, cannot be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days of approval; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

An order can be cancelled only if it has not yet been dispatched. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
